Company pays its workers to sleep

Staff at the insurance company Aetna will get $300 a year added to their salary if they get at least seven hours of sleep a night. That works out to just over an extra dollar for each night the employee sleeps over seven hours. The idea behind this scheme is employee

It uses great initiative so that people, employees, officials and others who are part of the company have a very productive work activity that brings profits to the company.
In my opinion it is the best thing a company can do, I do not say it for the money, I say it because of the motivation it offers to rest properly, people come with a clearer mind and thus to be able to produce in their work position in an appropriate way.

In the companies there are registered losses due to lack of sleep, employees are not products and are seen in the statistics at the end of the month. Losing hours of sleep for health is very bad, This costs companies about $ 2,280 for one worker. It estimates the US economy loses $ 63.2 billion a year because

Do you think it necessary to pay for sleep?
and because?

Male models earn 75% less than female models

Women worldwide suffer injustice to earn less than men in certain professions. But amid this scenario, there are some exceptions.

The modeling is totally different from the working reality in the world, is not the same compare modeling office, work in the latter women earn more than men. Elizabeth Rose from the UK's Premier Models said women could be paid £40,000 for appearing in a top fashion show, while men could only  get  £10,000.

They indicate that the man at work being a model earn up to 75% below the earnings of women. To refer if this is injustice, we must not have double standards, the modeling world is a very different and very complex world, ignore the ability of a woman in any work, underestimating, men must respect this world dominated by women and superficiality.

In a globalized world both sides should strive for equality, regardless of how long it takes as a professional should not be underestimated nor stigmatize men in the modeling world far women in the workplace.

Do you think men are underrated in this WORKPLACE?

Samsung Galaxy Note 7

Samsung has recalled its new Galaxy Note 7 smartphone after reports it can overheat and even explode. The company said it conducted a thorough investigation and found a battery cell issue.

There have been dozens of reported cases and 2.5 million phones have been produced. While that figure is relatively high, it’s still far from common.

According to those own company Samsung on its official blog the problem detected in some terminals produces intensive heating of the batteries when charging and makes the mobile restarts reaching even to burn although not openly acknowledged the explosion them not what people have said in other media who claim that the explosion if it was real.
Like many rechargeable devices, phones use lithium-ion cells. But what makes these batteries great at powering gadgets also makes them vulnerable to catching fire. They are so energy-dense and can operate under such high power that they can combust in a particularly catastrophic way.

This for the company is very bad, because it damages their reputation and many customers fail to buy their products.

¿Would sleep next to a galaxy note 7?
